New starting sequence in 2006

In an effort to follow the 2005-2008 racing rules, we have decreased the starting intervals from 10 to 5 minutes. We believe sailboats were spending too much time on the starting line, increasing chances of unfortunate incidents. As usual, the cruising classes will start first with class E followed by classes D and C. The racing classes will start next, towards their own course from the same starting line, with classes B and A in that order. For safety reasons, the Initiation class will start last and will use the cruising class course.
