This year our buzz expression is: Fun for All! Our meetings and conversations with last year's participants were enlightening and their comments gave us the opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate two major trends within our participants. As you might have already guessed, the definition of fun does vary from one person to another, and in particular between our more experienced racers who are often very competitive and our more relaxed racers who are there primarily to have a good time while comparing themselves with others. This is the reason why we changed our formula. From now on, the racing and cruising classes will compete on different courses. The starting sequence has been dropped from 10 to 5 minutes and the handicapping method will be even more rigorous than in the past.
It is our intention to give each and everyone the chance to have fun, by offering racing conditions and responding to those trends observed within our competitors. For more detailed information on the changes, please consult our news section. It will be updated on a regular basis.
